2. Contractor, Contract of Sale
The purchase contract is made with Musikverlag David McNaughtan (McNaughtan Publishing).
By placing the products in the online shop we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract on this article. You can initially insert our products in the cart without obligation and correct your entries before sending your binding order any time by using using correction tools laid down and explained in the order procedure. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer of the goods contained in the basket by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

If you choose the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.
The languages available for the contract are German and English.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our conditions via e-mail. The terms and conditions can be viewed on this page at any time. In the interest of security, your previous orders are no longer available on the Internet.
Delivery is by post and is free of charge all over the world (sea/land). Delivery per Airmail (Priority) is available outside Germany for a small extra charge, see the offer made during the checkout process. Orders over €120.00 brutto are sent per Airmail free of charge and are marked as such automatically.
We only deliver orders to packing stations which have been prepaid via PayPal.

5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
6. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious damages, please file a complaint immediately with the postal authorities and contact us. The failure of a complaint or contact has no consequence for your legal rights and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However it helps us to make our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
Unless hereinafter expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty rights apply.The statute of limitations is for used items one year after delivery of the goods.The foregoing limitations and reductions of time limits do not apply to claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or agents
Shopuld a product be faulty, we will replace it free of charge; please get in touch with us before sending it back so that we can work out what to do with a minimum of inconvenience for you.
For claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or agents, we are liable always unlimited
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
